About the Position:

A junior project manager is a support tier to assist Senior Project Managers and Sales Reps. This support tier helps form a division of labor separating tactical tracking from high-level ownership. The junior project manager handles milestone date tracking, team communication, and reporting, while supporting data entry, document archiving, and scheduling logistics.

The ideal candidate has proven project management and communication skills. Attention to detail, good mathematical and grammatical skills to support our sales and production team are also essential.

We operate in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time management and the ability to work effectively while under pressure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

ยท Manage and monitor the flow of jobs both internally (all 3 buildings) through the production process from start to finish.

ยท Update schedules as necessary, keeping production, sales and customer informed of any challenges or changes.

ยท Create estimates in an MIS system for basic projects and use price list tools and program pricing to develop basic quote letters which are reviewed prior to presentation to clients.

ยท Create production work orders in an MIS system for print manufacturing.

ยท Work with the art staff to ensure proofs and designs meet the customers' expectations.

ยท Maintain ongoing communications with production personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

ยท Attend regular production meetings. Gather status updates from team members and run routine alignment meetings.

ยท Work in a team environment.
