The Role:
We’re looking for a District Manager to oversee an assigned territory of Salty Donut stores, ensuring operational excellence, strong people leadership, and a consistent guest experience across all locations. This role is home‑based within the assigned region and requires 60–75% travel to stores throughout the district.
You’ll coach and develop General Managers, Kitchen Managers and emerging leaders, elevate performance, and uphold The Salty’s core values across the district. This role is ideal for a high‑energy, multi‑unit operator who thrives in the field, builds strong teams, and drives results while keeping culture at the center.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop General Managers, Kitchen Managers, and future leaders.
  • Build strong internal succession plans and a deep bench of talent.
  • Ensure consistent execution of The Salty’s standards in hospitality, product quality, and store operations.
  • Conduct regular in‑store visits to assess performance, cleanliness, product quality, and team engagement.
  • Drive topline sales, productivity, and P&L performance across all locations.
  • Oversee forecasting, scheduling, payroll review, and operational compliance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, COGS, and production planning.
  • Ensure accuracy and usage of systems including Toast, Zenput, Asana, SharePoint, and Paylocity.
  • Maintain all required licenses and permits for your district.
  • Support coffee program quality and beverage cost management.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, fun‑loving culture that reflects The Salty’s values.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 4+ years of F&B leadership experience, including 3+ years in multi‑unit management.
  • Strong communicator who connects authentically and drives results through people.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and skilled at prioritizing in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Proven experience managing P&L, labor, COGS, and operational KPIs.
  • Knowledge of restaurant regulatory requirements (food safety, employee safety).
  • Ability to travel 60–75% throughout the assigned district.
  • High‑energy, humble, service‑focused leader with a passion for The Salty’s mission.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
