In this role, you’ll manage multiple accounts within an assigned geographic area, ensuring that custodial services meet high standards and comply with federal/state regulations. You’ll provide leadership and guidance to support our teams in delivering excellent service, while also maintaining accurate records and managing budgets. Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple school accounts in a designated geographic area in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Lead custodial and laundry teams (if applicable) to meet quality, safety, and customer service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of income, expenditures, personnel, supplies, and equipment.
  • Provide and document training for all employees in the assigned area.
  • Perform custodial and floor technician duties when necessary.
  • Review reports, approve payroll, manage corrective actions, and assist with open enrollment.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or related field (preferred); high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of custodial services experience, preferably in healthcare or school environments, with supervisory experience.
  • Specialized training in custodial and laundry equipment operation is desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage budgets and grow accounts.
  • Professional and positive relationship-building skills with staff and school executives.
  • Proven success in P&L and budget management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a track record of growing accounts.
  • Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Must be able to work around cleaning products.
  • Must be able to travel (up to 75%) for account visits and activities, with a willingness to relocate if necessary.
  • Must provide a criminal background check.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
