partners closely with Creative and Marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and execute packaging solutions that drive consumer engagement and retail performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and brings strong execution discipline with creative excellence

[Job Description]

- Collaborate with EVP, Creative and Marketing teams to develop packaging and visual merchandising concepts

- Conceptualize and render innovative primary and secondary packaging designs

- Create packaging mock-ups and prototypes for product launches

- Design retail displays, planograms, and presentation materials

- Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines and standards

- Monitor global retail and beauty trends to inform design direction

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

- Present creative concepts and ideas to senior management

Requirements

[Qualifications]

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Packaging Design / Graphic Design / Digital Media or related field

- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and retail display work

- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

- Strong typography and layout skills

- Experience creating physical mock-ups and renderings

- Ability to minimally retouch photography

- Experience working in deadline-driven, high-volume environments

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
