The Retail Assistant Manager supports the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising a small team of 5-10 employees, assisting with staff scheduling, and actively participating in inventory management through regular monitoring and reporting. The assistant manager is also responsible for staff training and development, focusing on onboarding new hires and ongoing skills enhancement, while maintaining visual merchandising and cash handling standards.

Responsibilities
