Retail administrative assistants often complete data entry for sales reports, use attendance information to predict necessary staffing levels, help with payroll, and maintain an associate hotline when employees or managers need to contact the store. They play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly by supporting management and helping coordinate between different departments. This position typically requires strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
