This is an onsite position in the vibrant city of Orlando, Florida, where you will join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' needs and establish actionable, individualized treatment goals.
• Administer therapeutic interventions focused on improving movement, strength, and overall physical functionality.
• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing various therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercises, care plans, and health maintenance strategies.
• Maintain a patient load of one individual per hour to ensure focused, quality care and optimal patient interaction.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting outcomes accurately to assess the effectiveness of therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care and achieve comprehensive health goals.
• Encourage and motivate patients through their therapeutic journey, fostering their independence and resilience.
• Provide ongoing support and adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and recovery trajectory.

You will primarily work with patients seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management. Understanding the specific challenges and emotional needs of each patient is essential in fostering trust and building rapport. Your commitment to patient-centered care will drive their engagement in the rehabilitation process, significantly affecting recovery outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid and current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the design of exercise programs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings, particularly through home care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice methodologies in physical therapy.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional healthcare team.
• Demonstrable experience in developing individualized fitness and wellness plans.
