Role Description The Physical Therapy Clinic Director will provide clinical and operational leadership for a physical therapy clinic in Jasper, IN, in a full-time capacity, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing patient care quality, guiding treatment planning, and supporting rehabilitation outcomes while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations. The Clinic Director will manage and mentor physical therapy staff, coordinate scheduling, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals. This role also involves participating in strategic planning, optimizing workflows, supporting home care and outpatient services, and contributing to community outreach efforts to grow the clinic’s reputation and patient base.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Medicine and allied health principles relevant to outpatient and rehabilitation settings.
  • Clinical expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with experience leading evidence-based treatment programs.
