Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our North Port facility, which is designed to provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff. Our full-time Physical Therapist will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balance between work and personal life. Our modern facility is equipped with the latest rehabilitation equipment, providing you with the tools necessary to deliver quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patient needs through comprehensive evaluations, ensuring individualized treatment plans address specific objectives and goals.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, providing focused and personalized care during each session.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques designed to restore mobility, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on injury prevention.
• Design and implement customized fitness and wellness programs catered to the unique requirements of each patient.
• Encourage patients throughout their recovery journey by fostering motivation and optimism to enhance compliance and outcomes.
• Develop strategies to reduce reliance on medication by presenting viable non-surgical alternatives to patients.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care delivery for all patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
• Hold regular evaluations to assess patient outcomes and adapt interventions based on measurable goals.

• Ability to navigate EMR Software like WebPT efficiently for documentation and patient records.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
