The Certified Restaurant Training Manager will be responsible for training new leadership for the franchise organization as well as external corporate trainees and new franchisee's entering the Dunkin' system. As a Certified Restaurant Training Manager you will work closely with the Dunkin' Brands corporate training team to be certified in brand knowledge and training execution. You will also work closely with the franchisee leadership and training team to help ensure that all internal leadership training needs are executed and met.
