Job description

Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor is primarily responsible for leading and supervising the restaurant & banquet team. S/He will promote a safe and welcoming working environment to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. The Restaurant Supervisor will work with the F&B Director and the Banquet Manager to ensure maximum efficiency.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and compliance with policies/procedures in the F&B Depts.
  • Train, coach, and assist associates in the F&B operations.
  • Monitor performance and recommend corrective action.
  • Respond to customer needs and rectify any guest issues.
  • Oversee cash handling and check/credit policies and procedures.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service.
  • Routinely greet guests, serve food and beverage, and service other F&B departments.

Requirements: Primarily a mix of PM and AM shifts.
Experience and Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of employment in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Prior restaurant experience is a must.
  • Prior hotel experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional guest-focus.
