Pasta Roma is looking to hire a Restaurant Floor Manager. Under the supervision of the Owner/President, the Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintains high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
The manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversees all aspects of restaurant service operations.
  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action.
  • Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Preparing and completing action plans.
  • Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Resolving problems.
  • Completing audits.
  • Identifying trends.
  • Determining system improvements.
  • Implementing change.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Performs job-related duties as required by Owner(s).

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of principles of supervision and management.
