The opportunity Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of Hundredfold, an American Brasserie located at The Battery Atlanta. Developed in collaboration with James Beard Award–winning Chef Tim Hollingsworth, Hundredfold offers a modern interpretation of the classic American brasserie—blending timeless elegance, warm hospitality, and elevated yet approachable cuisine.   The General Manager will play a critical role in establishing Hundredfold as a premier dining destination within one of Atlanta’s most dynamic entertainment districts. The ideal candidate is a dynamic hospitality leader with exceptional multitasking abilities, strong client and guest relations experience, and proven financial acumen, including full accountability for P&L performance, labor management, annual budget oversight, and operating expense control. This leader will bring an expert understanding of food, wine, and cocktails, a deep commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences, and a passion for teaching, developing, and training a newly built team. We are seeking a polished, professional operator who can manage the immediate demands of day-to-day operations while maintaining a clear, long-term vision for the restaurant’s growth and success. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
