As a Restaurant Manager, you are key to our business. You will be responsible to Maintain and manage the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation, supporting brand consistency and implementing the store strategy and action plan. Additional duties of a Restaurant Manager include; Motivating team to complete the sales process, ensure customer satisfaction, comply with company procedures, and maximize productivity and profitability, hiring, training, and monitoring the development of staff. A Restaurant Manager is required to have 3-5 years experience in food & beverage service, management, hospitality, or retail environment. A qualified candidate must also have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
