Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver excellent guest service
  • Manage daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Foster a people-first, guest-centric culture that delivers awesome food and a welcoming atmosphere
  • Build an environment where coworkers become compadres
  • Hire, onboard, train, mentor, and develop team members
  • Schedule shifts and maintain proper staffing levels
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and health regulations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Complete payroll, cash handling, and operational reporting accurately and on time
  • Help drive restaurant performance, accountability, and operational consistency

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of restaurant management required
  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant environment required
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Experience using POS systems and basic computer skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and professional
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience completing weekly inventory is preferred
  • Reliable transportation required
