Located in the heart of the community, we are a lively full-service restaurant known for great food and friendly service. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader ready to manage daily operations, support staff, and help deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Restaurant Operations
    • Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant and bar
    • Monitor revenue, control costs of goods, and ensure efficient processes
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage, mentor, and support front-of-house and kitchen staff
    • Assist with scheduling, training, and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Guest Service
    • Ensure exceptional guest experiences in both the dining room and bar
