QUALIFICATIONS

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Education:ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Minimum Age:ย  ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  18 years of age of older.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Experience and Training:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย External Candidates:ย  3+ years previous General Manager experience required.ย  Casual dining/fast-casual experience preferred, but not required.ย 

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย Internal Candidates:ย  1+ years of experience as a successful Fazoliโ€™s Assistant General Manager.ย ย ย 

All Candidates:ย ย Must have open availability to work all shifts during the restaurant hours of operation.ย  In addition, all candidates must have the flexibility to transfer and/or assist at other Fazoliโ€™s restaurants as business needs arise.
