Reporting directly to the President, the Human Resources Director champions the employee experience, development, and culture across all Life-Assist work locations throughout the United States. You will own the complete people function — from strategy and culture to recruiting, performance, and compliance.

What will you do?

·         Lead the Human Resources department and operate as part of the company’s Leadership Team.

·         Manage all aspects of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, onboarding, leadership development, engagement programs, performance culture, and workforce planning in partnership with executive leadership to create the exceptional employment experience.  Champion continuous improvement as a cultural value

·         Design and deliver leadership development and training programs.

·         Advise executive leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

Who are you?

  • BS/BA degree and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • SPHR certified in human resources
  • 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience 
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven ability to build and scale HR functions in a growing company operating in a multi-state environment.
