At K9 Resorts, we deliver a luxury experience for dogs and peace of mind for their owners. Our award-winning pet care resorts set the standard in boarding, daycare, and grooming—and we’re looking for a strong Supervisor to help lead our team and operations to the next level.
What You’ll Do
As a Supervisor, you’ll be a key leader in the resort—supporting daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring a seamless, 5-star experience for every guest.
Leadership amp; Operations:
Serve as a key holder and Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed
Lead, coach, and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Ensure team accountability, performance, and adherence to company standards
Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily operational execution
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility aligned with brand standards

Customer Experience amp; Sales:
Deliver and model 5-Star customer service at every interaction
Drive sales by converting inquiries, tours, and walk-ins into enrollments
Promote services and packages tailored to each pet parent’s needs
Lead by example in communication, hospitality, and professionalism
Represent the brand at community and marketing events

Pet Care amp; Team Support:
Oversee feeding, medication, and daycare operations
Monitor pet health, safety, and behavior, escalating concerns as needed
Support team members in all areas of the resort—jumping in wherever needed
Ensure proper execution of daily checklists and operational procedures
