We're Hiring: Cleaning Specialist -  Victor, NY · Part-Time

About the Role 

IK Systems is a regional security integrator headquarter in Victor, NY, delivering integrated video, access control, intrusion, fire, and cybersecurity solutions to clients in gaming, critical infrastructure, transportation, healthcare, and government.  We're looking for a Cleaning Specialist to keep our office and warehouse spaces clean, organized, and well-stocked.  This is a hands-on, self-directed role for someone who takes pride in the details and wants to be the reason our space shows up sharp every day - for the team, for our customers, and for the vendors who walk through our doors.

What You'll Do

  • Perform all cleaning duties across office and warehouse spaces - sanitization, floors, restrooms, kitchen, carpets, fixtures, windows, trash and high-touch organization of common areas
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and team apparel - tracking stock, placing reorders, and keeping the team ahead of what they need
  • Stock and maintain the office snack and beverage station
  • Support warehouse operations as needed - light staging, organization, and receiving assistance
  • Help with setup and breakdown for company meetings, lunches and team events

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, facilities support, or a similar hands-on role
  • Self-directed- able to manage your day, spot what needs doing, and follow through without being told 
  • Reliability, consistent, and trustworthy - this role has access to the whole building 
  • Comfortable with basic inventory tracking and re-ording
  • Able to lift 50lbs. and perform physical work including standing, walking, reaching, and using ladders
  • Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
  • Able to pass background and drug screenings
