We are seeking a Specialist Manager to join our Financial Systems team to design and deliver change strategies that help people embrace significant business and technology change. This role will develop and deliver change management strategies and plans for large, complex projects, guide a team of 3 on medium- and small-scale initiatives, and support critical communications across Finance Systems. The Specialist Manager will partner with business leaders, program teams, and users to deliver practical change initiatives that strengthen adoption across the Finance application portfolio. This is a strong fit for someone who combines change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement capabilities with strategic thinking, creativity, and execution discipline in a complex organization.

  • Plan, develop, and support leadership and change networks in delivering communications and engagement activities that build understanding of key changes.

The Manager plays a key role in advancing that mission by leading change strategy, improving stakeholder readiness, ensuring clear and timely communications, developing team talent, and using technology to make execution faster, more consistent, and more effective.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, change management, organization effectiveness, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with project and change management skills, including experience successfully managing a cross-functional or cross-departmental team on a complex change management project.
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Copilot, Sidekick
  • TAbility to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP and supporting finance applications.
  • Previous experience in a professional services firm.
  • Prosci or CCMP change management certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
