Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Assist in execution of on-floor promotions and events
  • Establish relationships and create goodwill with guests
  • When promotional assistance is not needed, primary role will be to assist Hosts with Premium players including but not limited to hotel Check-in/out, promotional invites and event bookings
  • When on the casino floor, increase Club Card utilization on the casino floor by signing up new guests and reminding existing guests to use their cards

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
  • Must have strong communication and public speaking skills, including proficiency in using a microphone to make overhead promotional announcements
  • Ability to understand navigate slot tracking, promotional, and slot tournament software
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Anti-Money Laundering Compliance required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience required
  • Gaming experience preferred
