Job Summary:

The Sr. Facilities Coordinator manages the daily maintenance and repair needs for assigned store locations with increased scope, complexity, and autonomy. This role ensures locationsremainoperational, safe, compliant, and aligned with company standards while supporting store operations through advanced prioritization, vendor and landlord coordination, financial oversight, and problem resolution. The Sr. Facilities Coordinator serves as a trusted resource to Store Operations and Facilities leadership, provides guidance to peers, and supports leadership coverage, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you do?

  • Oversee and prioritize daily facilities service requests for assigned locations, exercising independent judgment to address higher-risk, higher-cost, or business-critical issues.

  • Coordinate complex work assignments among vendors, contractors, and internal partners, including preventative maintenance and multi-trade repairs.

  • Monitor and manage backlog of workorders to ensuretimelyresolution, quality execution, and alignment with service-level expectations.

  • Review vendor quotes within expanded signing authority for accuracy, scope, and pricing; evaluate alternatives and negotiate as needed to manage costs.

  • Prepare detailed recommendations and supporting documentation for quotes exceeding signing authority for leadership review and approval.

  • Manage facilitiesspendin alignment with the annual expense plan,identifyingcost-saving opportunities whilemaintainingoperational standards.

  • Proactivelyidentifywarranty and landlord responsibility opportunities to reduce unnecessary company expense.

  • Serve as a senior point of contact forStore Operationsand landlords for escalated facilities issues.

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of facilities management records, lease documentation, and service history.

  • Participate in facilities-related meetings and initiatives, including team engagement efforts and expense reduction planning.

  • Provide guidance and support to Facilities Coordinators by sharing best practices,assistingwith quote evaluation, andvalidatingscopes of work.

  • Assist Facilities Leadership with vendor recruitment, performance management, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Provide coverage for Facilities Team Leaders as needed and support leadership during absences.

  • Complete stretch assignments and special projects in coordination with Facilities Leadership to gain exposure to broader business and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced ability to read, interpret, and apply facilitiesmanagementdocumentation, contracts, and lease agreements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to present information clearly and confidently in one-on-one and small group settings.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, evaluate incomplete or complex information, and make sound,timelydecisions.

  • Strong analytical and financial aptitude, including quote evaluation, expense management, and cost-control decision-making.

  • Ability to mentor peers and serve as a subject-matter resource within the Facilities team.

  • Certifications: None

  • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in facilities management; preferably within a multi-unit retail environment

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

This position is Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote), based at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.
