Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth consultation to assist in developing pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior plans, and medication treatment protocols.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation and timely record-keeping in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to enhance treatment efficacy and monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support initiatives.
  • Actively participate in all aspects of the clinic’s licensing and accreditation processes.
  • Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and relevant service networks to facilitate access to comprehensive care.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and further our mission in the community.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to expand our outreach and secure potential funding sources.
