The Impact you will have in this role:
Business Continuity & Resilience, BCR is concerned with the governance and implementation of proactive and reactive measures that ensure enterprise and business functions have the resilience and recovery capabilities to continue operations, should a serious event occur. Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute processes aligned to business continuity and operational resilience, including the data analytics and continuous monitoring programs:
  • Lead the team in executing on a multi-year strategy to elevate the use of data and analytics within BCR using data analysis methods and technologies to automate and develop techniques for continuous assessment and analyzing large volumes of data
  • Leverage analytical tools and applications used to collect, process, and present data across the department for use in risk assessments and monitoring activities and assist with the development and implementation of ORR frameworks.
  • Lead BCR technology supply chain risk evaluation and exercising efforts in line with firm prescribed risk tolerances
  • Independently check and challenge assumptions and execution approaches, recommending suggestions for improvements.
  • Help support ongoing resilience/DR exercise assessments
  • Support the delivery of DTCC's BCR program ensuring compliance with DTCC's Global BCR Policy.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Financial Services, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resilience, and Cloud Computing.

  • Capability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse stakeholders, including business, IT, vendors, and other key partners.
  • Ability to leverage latest productivity advancements, including AI, to drive next level results.
  • Communicate openly keeping everyone across the organization informed.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
