Residential Service Plumber - Diagnose, Repair & Serve Homeowners

What This Role Looks Like
This is a true residential service plumber role, not construction.
You will run service calls, diagnose problems, present solutions to homeowners, and complete smaller repairs on the spot.
Larger installation jobs are passed to our installation team, allowing you to focus on diagnosing problems and serving customers.
Responsibilities include:
  • Diagnosing plumbing issues in residential homes
  • Explaining repair options clearly to homeowners
  • Completing plumbing repairs and smaller service jobs
  • Identifying larger plumbing projects and passing to the installation team
  • Delivering a five-star customer experience
  • Maintaining professional communication with homeowners
  • Following company standards and local plumbing codes

You will work closely with our service manager, who supports the team and helps ensure every customer receives excellent service.
Compensation & Benefits
Our best service plumbers earn well into six figures because they are paid for the value they bring.
Performance-based pay structure
$80,000 - $150,000+ earning potential

Required Experience
  • Minimum 5 years residential service plumbing experience
  • Proven experience diagnosing plumbing problems in occupied homes
  • Strong experience communicating directly with homeowners
  • Ability to explain repair options and pricing clearly
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation environment
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Valid Tennessee driver's license with a good driving record
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Drug-free workplace

Experience working for a residential service plumbing company is required.

This is a residential service & sales plumbing position, not construction.
Our plumbers work directly with homeowners every day-diagnosing plumbing problems, explaining repair options, and performing repairs.
You must be comfortable:
  • Communicating clearly with homeowners
  • Explaining plumbing problems and solutions
  • Presenting repair options and pricing professionally
  • Delivering a five-star customer experience

This Job Is NOT For You If:
  • You prefer new construction plumbing
  • You don't enjoy working directly with homeowners

  • You prefer being told exactly what to install rather than diagnosing plumbing problems
