Key Responsibilities:

You will perform plumbing maintenance, Installations, diagnostics, and repairs in residential settings. Your role requires a commitment to quality, strong technical skills, and the ability to communicate solutions effectively to our customers.


Service Excellence: Perform plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance in residential and light commercial settings with accuracy and efficiency. Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Customer Focus: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing professional, friendly, and transparent service and education.

Technical Proficiency: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing technologies and best practices. Stay informed to ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures.

Sales and Recommendations: Identify opportunities for upgrades, maintenance plans, and accessories that enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

Experience:Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience.

Certification: Tradesman, Journeyman or Master Plumbing License

Physical Demands:Ability to work in varying environments and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Ethic:Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated, with a commitment to excellence.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Commission based: Up to 20%, 18% guaranteed and 2% bonus for efficiency & reviews
