We are looking for a career-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team in Evansville, IN at Abbey Court Apartments. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls (including after-hours), and preventative maintenance.

- $20.00 - $23.00 an hour
- Quarterly Maintenance Bonus up to $750 quarterly. (Up to $3,000 per year)

What We Need:
  • Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning repairs
  • Maintaining property grounds
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
