We are currently seeking a dependable Part-Time Dietary Cook to join our team.

???? Position Overview: Dietary Cook (Part-Time)

The Dietary Cook prepares meals in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures. Under the direction of the Food Service Director, this role ensures residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
  2. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards
  3. Maintain consistent quality food service
  4. Assist with daily and scheduled cleaning duties
  5. Keep kitchen equipment, work areas, and storage spaces clean and organized
  6. Follow all safety and operational procedures
???? Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience cooking large quantities or completion of an appropriate training program preferred
  2. Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward the elderly and disabled
  3. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
  4. Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  5. Must be at least 18 years of age
  6. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job
