Onsite Manager

An Onsite Manager is responsible for the overall management of the day-to-day operations of the apartment community including leasing, marketing, resident services, and turn over management. An Onsite Manager must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with prospects, residents, vendors, and fellow employees always.

Part-Time Position Hours: 25-30 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Be the main contact for residents and vendors.
  • Respond to emergencies, including after-hours issues.
  • Handle leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
  • Show available units and market vacancies.
  • Maintain resident and property records in AppFolio.
  • Conduct inspections and coordinate unit turnovers.
  • Keep the property clean and well-maintained, including light porter duties (sweeping and cleaning).
  • Coordinate vendors and monitor completed work.
  • Track vacancies, work orders, and other property performance metrics.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices.
  • Order property supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Stay up to date on landlord-tenant and fair housing laws.
  • Attend company meetings and training.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of property management experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be willing to live onsite.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; AppFolio experience is a plus.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work weekends when needed.
  • Valid driver's and a clean driving record.
