Lifesteps is hiring a Part-Time Resident Engagement Coordinator for Seniors in the Butler area

The Agency provides programs and services to help those with special needs live to their fullest potential. Position Summary: 

The Resident Engagement Coordinator, ADHS is responsible for planning and coordinating therapeutic activities that meet Adult Day Health Services participants’ needs and preferences. The Activities Coordinator, ADHS provides direct client care, observes and reports participants’ performance, assists staff with various aspects of service and delivery and assumes the responsibilities of the Supervisor in the Supervisor’s absence.


This part-time position works a schedule of Monday - Friday, 27.5 hours per week 12:00pm - 6:00pm.  No Evenings, No weekends.  No Holidays!


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field OR
  • Two years’ experience in the human services field working with aging and functionally disabled adults.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.
