This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about enhancing quality of life through meaningful activities, fostering resident connections, and building a positive culture for residents, families, and staff alike.
The Activity Director is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and overseeing all aspects of the Activities Department in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as established company policies and procedures. This position plays a vital role in ensuring residents have opportunities to engage in enriching programs that support their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, implement, and direct a comprehensive activities program designed to meet the individual interests, needs, and abilities of residents.
  • Conduct and document resident assessments to identify recreational, therapeutic, and social needs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized activity care plans that promote resident engagement and overall well-being.

Qualifications
