This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD. We are seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our Primary Care team at Asante in beautiful Grants Pass, Oregon.

This practice is outpatient-only and is fully supported by our employed Hospitalist staff. Join our collegial team of physicians and advance practice providers with an excellent support staff. If you love the outdoors, you will love living in Southern Oregon! Highlights of the opportunity include: - Base salary of $210,000 - $220,000 per year - Performance bonus incentives of up to $20,000 per year - $50,000 signing bonus - $12,500 relocation assistance - $5,000 annual CME allotment - Excellent health, dental, vision & retirement benefits - 30 days of paid time off per year Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited medical school.

Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine residency program. License / Certification Requirements: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association; Board Certified / Eligible in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties; Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges; Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
