In a college dorm, you may oversee students who act as resident assistants, while also acting as the governing body in the dormitory in cases of disciplinary action or if basic mediation is necessary. Your responsibilities as a residence manager may also extend to working with cleaning staff, social workers, or medical experts, especially if your facility houses those with developmental disabilities or addiction issues.
