Keep residents' refrigerators and other electrical appliances clean. Empty garbage cans in common areas. Ensure regular cleaning of doors and windows. Help clean balconies in the spring. Requirements and advantages: DES-High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience in a similar environment. Non-unionized company, retirement savings solution with employer contribution.
