Summary
Fulfillment Support Clerk will support fulfillment operations to ensure Client requests are completed with
the highest priority. The Inventory Support Clerk will catalog, organize, and notify clients of orders
returned to the Pharmacy as well as reshipping orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with all Physical Inventories.
  • Responsible for organization of all return packages, including logging and reshipment.
  • Responsible for order requests received through the Central Fill work requests and email and all
  • associated deadlines
  • Assist with supplier product recalls and their timely return to vendor; maintain appropriate
  • documentation from initial notification through product return.
  • Assist with inventory audits to eliminate expired drugs in inventory, including documentation for
  • reverse distributors.
  • Stock medications according to FEFO inventory system.
  • Provide support to the Inventory Department.
  • Assist with general clerical duties and filing.
  • Respect and maintain confidentiality guidelines of HIPAA.
  • Follow and aid in enforcement of all company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for other duties assigned.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred
  • Previous inventory experience preferred
  • Pervious pharmacy experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, patiently and courteously.
  • Focused team player, who can work in conjunction with pharmacists, other departments,
  • customers, and management.
  • Work independently with little supervision and meet daily deadlines.
  • Ability to perform repetitious work accurately.

Work Environment / Physical Demands
This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients. Some travel may be required.
