Job Summary


The Reservations Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while assisting guests with lodging reservations and vacation planning. This role serves as a knowledgeable resource on Black Butte Ranch accommodations, amenities, and policies, ensuring accurate reservations, seamless communication across departments, and a memorable guest experience.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service while booking lodging reservations for guests.
  • Assist guests and homeowners with reservation inquiries, policies, and special requests.
  • Accurately communicate lodging options, resort policies, and vacation rental information.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and property management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and reservation leads.
  • Promote and upsell resort lodging, golf, dining, and other amenities.
  • Resolve guest and homeowner concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records, run daily reports, and utilize reservation systems and software.
  • Support Front Desk and Guest Services operations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality, reservations, or customer service experience preferred.
