Description:

As our Resort Reservation Specialist, you will create a pleasant and engaging experience for our Resort customers through inbound and outbound call efforts, completing site reservation transactions, and selling vacation enhancers, and upgrades.


This is a seasonal position that may require flexible scheduling availability

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Field incoming phone calls from the resort hotline and the field
  • Respond to incoming web chats ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Guide incoming callers through the reservation process
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by effectively managing the site rental process through inbound and outbound calls and Sales
  • Force lead software which includes reservations, payments,
  • and retaining knowledge of all company resorts and amenities
  • Educate guests on resort locations, amenities, and bookings
  • Meet and/or exceed the targeted calls, site nights, presented/handled call ratios, and revenue creation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Work with existing customers to obtain potential new customers through referral programs
  • Maximize sales by extending the stays of customers, reserving future bookings, and selling vacation enhancers
  • Meet and/or exceeds all reservation goals as assigned
  • Adhere to all company policies regarding inbound and outbound calls

Job Qualifications:

  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email, and the internet
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1 year of sales and customer service experience is preferred
