The Reservations Analyst oversees hotel reservation activities to ensure accurate bookings, exceptional guest service, and optimized room revenue. Requires self-initiative, analytical skills, proficiency in technical areas and customer relations. Knowledgeable and proficient in the area of sales and sales techniques.

You have experience as a hotel Reservation Analyst with good time management, organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Oversee daily reservations operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.

Hiring pay is $27.00 an hour Fulltime with benefits

  • Manage room inventory, rates, availability, and reservation systems to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Monitor booking trends and recommend strategies to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Complete data entry required for monthly performance results. Maintain awareness of budgetary goals, occupancy and revenue forecasts and react in an immediate manner to changes in market conditions and/or any condition that would otherwise alter the current selling strategies, relative to transient business.
  • Manage Group Reservations and their processes, to ensure adherence to the Sales Contract terms, ensure the highest level of meeting planner and guest satisfaction whilst maximizing room inventory and ADR.
  • Responsible for loading and maintaining rates, packages and tracking codes in the Property Management system
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and escalated reservation issues professionally and promptly.
  • Responsible for regular monitoring of room categories in the PMS system, to ensure revenue maximization and potential yield management opportunities. Effectively control high occupancy and oversold dates to ensure minimal guest “walks” and to maintain hotel profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and data privacy requirements.
  • Generate and analyze reservations reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and Front Office teams to support business objectives and hotel reopening initiatives.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 3 years of hotel reservations experience, including supervisory or management responsibility.
    • Strong knowledge of hotel PMS and reservation systems (PEP preferred).
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Hospitality-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
