POSITION SUMMARY

The Intern position is a temporary opportunity designed to provide students or individuals seeking practical work experience with exposure to a professional business environment. Interns may support various departments within the organization, including but not limited to Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, IT, Trade/Compliance, or Customer Service. This position is typically temporary in nature and may align with school breaks, summer schedules, or other defined timeframes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Assist department team members with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

•Support special projects, research, reporting, and data entry activities as assigned.

•Attend meetings, training sessions, and team discussions to gain knowledge of company operations.

•Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling company information.

•Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and other departments.

•Organize files, documents, and records as needed.

•Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

•Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES

•Currently enrolled in high school, technical school, college, or university, or recently graduated.

•Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills.

•Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

•Good communication, organization, and time management skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods of time as needed.

•Ability to perform general office or departmental duties.
