Job Description

The Corporate Reporting Developer/Analyst is responsible for designing / developing / testing complex reporting to support business initiatives, goal setting, performance management and risk avoidance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assess incoming reporting requests for feasibility and provide estimate of development time
  • Identify data sources to support report requests and document requirements with business owner(s), includes understanding the business process and how it relates to the request
  • Write SQL scripts and stored procedures to support the report request as needed
  • Design complex SSRS reports and/or Excel templates and integrate automation methods as appropriate
  • Conduct 'post-delivery' reviews to ensure that the published reports met the customer's needs.
  • Support emergency analytics and reporting requests as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience building complex SQL scripts and working with large amounts of data and designing complex management reports and dashboards. SQL Server Management Studio (2008/2012), Automation, SSRS, SSIS, Pivot Tables Required.
  • 3-5 years experience conducting data analysis and interpretation of results (candidate must be able to provide specific examples)
  • 2 years of experience in Mortgage Servicing industry. Experience and/or exposure to MSP data structures and environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
