BI Reporting Position This position is designed for a senior/lead BI report developer who has experience working independently with the business to create and support existing BI Analytic reports. Currently, there are existing complex analytic dashboards created using QlikView that this developer will support and enhance. Business customers have created reports and dashboards using a variety of tools including Qlikview, Tableau, SQL/PLSQL, TSQL, Excel, and Power BI. In addition to working with the business on new reports, the developer should be able to work with the business to bring these existing reports into IT. The ultimate Enterprise BI Reporting technology has not be determined. This position requires someone who after being assigned a task will work independently, coordinate with the business, and create the solution. Such tasks will require working with the data warehouse team, providing input into the data warehouse and BI reporting architectures. What you will do: The primary responsibility for the Data Analyst/Reporting Analyst is to work directly with key business stakeholders (often at the highest level), peers, and application developers in the creation and presentation of new assessment metrics, lifecycle analytics, key performance indicators and measures, interactive models, and data quality processes while maintaining and enhancing existing analytic and reporting offerings. Analysts are actively involved in: โ€ข Requirement generation โ€ข Solution design and creation (using a variety of tools Qlikview, Tableau, SQL/PLSQL, TSQL, Excel, PowerPivot, SalesForce Analytics, etc.) โ€ข Unit testing/Quality Assurance testing โ€ข Implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of solutions โ€ข Support and facilitation of presentations to a wide audience of internal and external stakeholders.
