- In collaboration with the Finance and Facility Manager work to supprt the daily operations of all organizational facilities, serving as liaison between facility Office Administrators and the Central Administration Operations team.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain operational, facilities, and financial data to support informed decision-makng, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports, dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) metrics related to facilities, operations, and organizational performance.
- Monitor and track facility expenditures, vendor performance, and operational trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiences.
- Assist with vendor invoice processing , bill payment, budget tracking, audit preparation, and other finance-related projects as assigned.
- Maintain tracking systems for contracts, work orders, facility projects, and operational initiatives to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation.
- Assist in gathering, compiling, and validating data for regulatory requirements, audits, and organizational reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports and presentations for leadership, including operational summaries and performance metrics.
- Maintain organizational databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of data and records.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives through accurate data collection, record maintenance, process documentation, and outcome tracking.
- Support accreditation, compliance, and audit activities through data collection, documentation management, and report preparation.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and perform operational analyses to support organizational initiatives and leadership decision-making.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, report processes, and workflow documentation to promote consistency and operational effectiveness.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administraton or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in the non-profit, behavioral health, or healthcare preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel required.
- Possess exemplary organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
