Overview
Central Administration serves as the operational and strategic hub of Central Clinic Behavioral Health, providing the foundational support that enables our programs, clinicians, and teams to focus on what matters most - delivering compassionate, high-quality care and inspiring meaningful change to the communities we serve.

By delivering essential administrative, financial, human resourcs, facilities,technology, and compliance services, Central Administration ensures consistency, sustainability, and efficiency across all programs while honoring our mission, vision, and core values.
Position Summary
  • In collaboration with the Finance and Facility Manager work to supprt the daily operations of all organizational facilities, serving as liaison between facility Office Administrators and the Central Administration Operations team.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain operational, facilities, and financial data to support informed decision-makng, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports, dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) metrics related to facilities, operations, and organizational performance.
  • Monitor and track facility expenditures, vendor performance, and operational trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiences.
  • Assist with vendor invoice processing , bill payment, budget tracking, audit preparation, and other finance-related projects as assigned.
  • Maintain tracking systems for contracts, work orders, facility projects, and operational initiatives to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation.
  • Assist in gathering, compiling, and validating data for regulatory requirements, audits, and organizational reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports and presentations for leadership, including operational summaries and performance metrics.
  • Maintain organizational databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of data and records.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives through accurate data collection, record maintenance, process documentation, and outcome tracking.
  • Support accreditation, compliance, and audit activities through data collection, documentation management, and report preparation.
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests and perform operational analyses to support organizational initiatives and leadership decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, report processes, and workflow documentation to promote consistency and operational effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives.

  • 2-4 years of experience in the non-profit, behavioral health, or healthcare preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel required.
