Environmental Report Coordinator

Clean Air Engineering (CleanAir) is a leading global environmental engineering and consulting company, in business since 1972. CleanAir’s Source Team, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has an immediate opening for a full-time, in-office Environmental Report Coordinator to support the growth of its technical reporting and data management business.

The successful applicant will work closely with project managers and field test leaders to implement specific project tasks and will be part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform field data, lab results, and process data into organized, accurate reports.
  • Create and format data presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proofread, edit, and analyze technical content for precision and clarity.
  • Deliver polished technical documents in both digital and hard-copy formats.
  • Maintain detailed records of document submissions and archive finalized reports for future reference.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and products by proposing creative improvements to streamline the report writing process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, science, or a related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Dependable and reliable professional work ethic.
