Overview
The Replenishment & Allocation Analyst I supports inventory planning and allocation processes for perishable goods. This entry-level role focuses on executing replenishment tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting with basic analysis to ensure product availability and freshness. Works under close supervision and learns company systems and best practices. #LI-AD1
Essential Functions
  • Generate and maintain purchase orders based on established parameters and system recommendations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report out-of-stock or excess inventory situations.
  • Assist in allocation of products to stores/DCs according to planograms and promotional calendars.
  • Run standard reports and provide basic insights on inventory performance.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support replenishment processes.
  • Learn and apply cold chain requirements and perishables handling standards.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
