Job description

Job Summary

The Repair Technician performs maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of PAX equipment, ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain PAX devices according to company procedures.
  • Record and document all repairs, parts usage, and service actions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Lead Repair Technician or appropriate support team.
  • Follow company safety procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and team knowledge sharing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in device or electronics repair.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Familiarity with repair tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Teams and Outlook.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
