The Technician is responsible for performing high-quality repairs, maintenance, and inspections on aviation components in compliance with OEM technical publications and Unilode's operational standards. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and compliance within Unilode's MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facilities, contributing to smooth station operations and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform High-Quality Repairs and Maintenance
Customer Focus, Collaborate
  • Conduct repairs in accordance with OEM technical publications and company MOE.
  • Identify and complete additional maintenance (re-work) requirements as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures, aviation regulations, and safety standards.

Support Operational Efficiency and Compliance

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities and promptly report discrepancies.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to operational and safety standards.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency.
