We're seeking a Bench Repair Technician who is hands-on, technically minded, and passionate about solving problems. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing in-house repairs and calibrations on a variety of Atlas Copco tools, directly impacting customer satisfaction and service excellence. It's an ideal position for someone who enjoys dismantling equipment, diagnosing issues, and ensuring precision in every repair.
This site works a on-site schedule at our Arlington workshop, Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm.
How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Promptly create repair quotes based on customer requirements and requests
  • Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance and reliability
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues, thoroughly documenting findings
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools, ensuring full functionality after service
  • Order and track parts needed to complete repairs in a timely manner
  • Communicate directly with customers to gather details and provide status updates

To succeed, you will need
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
  • Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Teams
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, precise work
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve
  • High school diploma or GED
