Repair Technician – 1st Shift

Contract Opportunity

Benefits Begin Day 1

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour


Reliance One is seeking a skilled Repair Technician to support manufacturing operations in an on-site production environment. This Repair Technician role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and DC-powered assembly tools.


As a Repair Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently by responding to tooling issues, identifying root causes, and completing repairs to minimize downtime.


Schedule:

• 1st Shift

• Contract position

• 4 days per week

• 10-hour shifts

• Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• On-site manufacturing facility


Repair Technician Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to tooling breakdowns and production line issues

• Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and DC-powered assembly tools

• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes

• Collaborate with line operators and plant leadership to resolve tooling issues

• Document repairs, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting efforts

• Maintain tooling records, calibration information, and equipment history

• Track tooling availability and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Help reduce downtime and improve overall production efficiency


Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working with electrical, pneumatic, and/or DC power tooling in a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to document repairs and maintain information in computerized systems

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical repair background

• Experience in industrial maintenance, machine maintenance, or equipment repair

• Automotive mechanic experience preferred

• Hands-on experience repairing vehicles, machinery, or equipment is a plus

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
