Power the future while building your career. Weโ€™re looking for a motivated, people-first Residential Solar Sales Consultant who thrives in the field, builds trust quickly, and knows how to turn conversations into long-term customer relationships.


In this role, youโ€™ll guide homeowners and business owners through the solar journey from first contact to signed agreement by understanding their energy needs, presenting tailored solutions, and delivering a standout customer experience. You'll work company-generated leads and customer referrals, manage your pipeline, and consistently push toward ambitious sales goals.


This is a full-time, field-based role with local travel, ideal for someone whoโ€™s competitive, organized, and passionate about clean

energy.

Requirements:

  • Build strong customer relationships and close solar sales
  • Analyze energy usage and explain financial ROI
  • Create customized proposals and pricing
  • Manage your sales pipeline using a CRM
  • Follow up consistently to move deals forward
  • Hit (and exceed) sales targets
  • Grow referral and repeat business

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred. Solar, home improvement, construction, roofing, HVAC, or other in-home sales experience is a plus.
  • CRM experience
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivation
